3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) has announced a new reseller agreement with Al-mera, a jewelry solutions provider based in Istanbul, Turkey.  Through the exclusive partnership, South Carolina-based 3D Systems plans to increase its coverage and focus on delivering 3D printing production solutions to the growing Turkish jewelry marketplace.

Al-mera intends to target traditional jewelry casting with the ProJet® 3510 CPX and CPXPlus, offering 100% wax micro-detail patterns with superior surface quality, extreme fine detail and exceptional precision.  The printers incorporate 3D Systems' RealWax™ technology and use VisiJet® build materials, printing at a layer resolution of 16 to 33 microns in a 298 x 185 x 203 mm build envelope.
