From the outset, our goal with 3D Printer World Expo was to give attendees a 3D printing experience from A to Z and by all accounts, our sponsors, exhibitors, featured artists and speakers delivered. We can't thank them enough.

The Expo started with a keynote address from Cydni Tetro, CEO of 3DPlusMe and advisor to Disney on technology commercialization. The hall was packed (standing room only) with people from all walks of life: entrepreneurs, business execs, investors, artists, educators, engineers, physicians and hobbyists, among others.

Cydni TetroMs. Tetro spoke eloquently about the change and disruption on the horizon due to 3D printing, and the inherent challenges and opportunities that audience members should be considering.

The keynote roundtable drew applause half a dozen times. Many thanks to our keynote participants (from left to right): Brent Heyning, founder of ToyShoppe Systems; Mark Setrakian, renowned entertainment industry puppeteer, mechanic and robot builder; Jesse McGatha with Microsoft's 3D printing team; Mick Ebeling, CEO of Not Impossible Labs; and Cydni Tetro, CEO of 3DPlusMe (standing).
