3D Printer World Expo has announced the education program available to attendees at the show in Burbank, Calif. Jan. 31 – Feb. 1. The program runs two days and includes nearly 40 sessions in four different tracks:
- Commercial Applications – for entrepreneurs, business operators, investors and others interested in how the technology is benefitting companies of all sizes.
- Desktop 3D Printing Tutorials – for anyone interested in learning more about desktop 3D printing hardware, software, design basics, materials, post-processing tips and emerging innovations.
- Learning with 3D Printing – a one-day track specially tailored for educators and administrators at schools, libraries and museums who are developing 3D printing programs or evaluating whether their institution can support this technology.
- Modeling and Monetizing Designs – a one-day track showing artists how they can leverage 3D printing to brand their own ideas, generate new revenue streams and open up new career and entrepreneurial possibilities.
In addition, the 3D Printer World Expo show floor will feature nearly 70 booths and table tops showcasing a tremendous selection of 3D printers, scanners, software and services. There also will be educational exhibits and displays demonstrating the growing role of 3D printing in the medical, entertainment, jewelry and architecture industries.
