Mid-range, persistently discounted; the AMS 2 Pro combo costs more
The machine that made enclosed printing normal in 2023, still sold new alongside the P2S at a standing discount rather than run out. Bambu announced the end of the P1P in February 2026 and has announced nothing for this one. Everything owners liked remains: enclosed CoreXY, near-perfect success rates, ABS without fuss.
It is a 2023 machine at a 2026 price. The camera runs at half a frame per second, flow calibration is manual, the fans are loud, and the screen is a relic. Buy it on discount as the cheapest ticket into Bambu enclosed printing, or step up to the P2S.
Best at: The discount enclosed workhorse while stock lasts.
Worst at: Camera, noise, and everything else the P2S fixed.
