About an order you have placed
Quote the order number from your confirmation email. If you want to add or replace photographs after ordering, attach them to your message and say which order they belong to; there is no need to place the order again.
Before you order
If you are unsure whether the photographs you have are enough to work from, send them and ask. It is a quicker answer than ordering and finding out.
